If you are the person named, I would think you'd have the right to access to a record of family court proceedings.

I am the person in question. However, the adoption record is sealed. I was adopted and moved to the United States. Therefore I was trying to reach out, to see if anyone related to me, would come forward.

If you're Catholic you might give the church a try, they have records on most of their people, even adopted.
