Correction: She attended Glassboro State University.
She has only the one brother. My friend does not remember the name of the mother. She does have extended family in the Philadelphia area. He said he attended family events with her. She was a member of St Barts Church in Philly.

Check if there's an alumni association at the college she attended. Maybe she's on their mailing list.
I've seen alumni lists where the ladies are listed under both their maiden & married names.
Maybe St. Bart's could help? There could be older congregants who kept in touch with the family.

Oh, sorry about that. It had an email link so I thought she was on it. Checked ancestry, found a Carlos H Zambrano living in Camden NJ in 1984. Born 1945. Perhaps this is her brother.
Here is the death of perhaps her father. About right in marriage date being 1940. She probably was born 1941
