Hi mosrto. I looked him up on peoplefinders.com. Is he 77? Was he a Colonel in the Army? If so, you will see five towns that he lived in and lists possible relatives. I then went to zabasearch.com and checked all the towns. Rockport, MA is the only one that comes up. You'll find an address and phone number there. It also says born March, 1931. That person is not listed as Colonel, but it could very well still be him. Good luck!

Im not sure of the age, But he had to be some years older. I really appreciate your help. Ive heard that he may be deceased I cant verify that tho.
