I am looking for Thomas Redmon who used to live there?
I can tell you that 31472 is not totally correct as it's written.

It's 3147 apartment #2 (there are 4 units at 3147 Attucks Ct.)
Found that fact today.
Go back and look on the bank statement or other papers you have, and see if it is written 3147-2. Also any dates on that document that might pin down the age and the time frame when Mr. Redmon was at that address.

Do you know how old your Father should be?
Would 1949 be possible?
That would make him age 16 in 1965.

Some evidence found of a related name, age 63 which would be born 1949.

If you have information on how old your Father should be, that may help in the search.
I think you said he was older than your Mother and she graduated in 1965.

That would mean your Father was born 1947 or earlier? Is that correct?

Over 75 Redmon's have served in the army, nationwide.
More details are needed to eliminate some of those.
