Lost Sibling In RI (sister, old, father, last name)

Hello all,

I'm looking for a sibling (last saw her when she was an infant). Her name is or was Amanda Charpentier. Her father is Robert Allen Charpentier and mother is Vicki Charpentier but believed now to be Vicki, Vicky, Vickie or maybe even Victoria Champlain or something close to that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

She would be about 22 years old.
