I work for a very profitable and stable utility company. It's an excellent industry to be in for job security and compensation.

I married somebody with a house and it worked out really well for me I know it doesn't work for everybody though

Bascailly I thnik the Op is right on track to become a homeowner with the max possibilyt of retining it.. This is goig to be more common thatn most realise according to Geithner. basiclly it back to the future as tis was very comon in the past and lead to a more stable housig market at 645 levels now aimed for again.
