Those page visiting rates are manipulated to hide the truth, sheeple-boy. Wake up!

Even bigger ones like Prison Planet only reach 3% of internet users. Demographically, both are dominated by males age 55 and older, especially Prison Planet which is mostly visited by retirees.
I doubt that "Prison Planet" and "The Economic Collapse" blog can even be said in the same sentence since they are so different in scope and content. Prison Planet also has a shortwave radio show that a lot of the old timers know about and listen to not so The Economic Collapse blog.

Which means your comparison is flawed............

They both deal with conspiracy theories, do they not?

We'll add a third...InfoWars, the largest...7% reach...same old story, dominated by 65 and older males. Seems to be a trend here.

Would one need to remove their "Support Our Troops" bumper stickers in such an eventuality?

Do they? What conspiracy theory does "economic collapse" promote? That the fed is counterfeiting money? That special interests control our government? That our feckless government is broke because the financial houses stole trillions? Are these what you call "theories"? Like "theoretically the sun will rise tomorrow"?

Infowars and Prison Planet are the same damn thing, both put out by Alex Jones.

Anyway, I would lump Alex Jones, Glenn Beck, National Inflation Association, Howard Kunstler, The Oil Drum and Economic Collapse Blog in the same catagory too.

They are all alarmist and teetering on the edge of sanity. I look at them all from time to time, and they all drag out bits and pieces of interesting info that would otherwise never see the light of day... but they all come to a doomsday conclusion which is just not realistic.

No, they do not both deal in conspiracy theories which you would know if you read each daily.

The Economic Collapse blog deals in facts gathered from various obscure sources whereas Prison Planet is just off the wall nut job fantasy.

it certainly isn't evenly distributed. i know someone who stole all my appliances and didn't wind up doing any time.

another secret is that sometimes it is who you know.
