Debt is so last decade. Didn't we learn anything in 2008? (nope!)

In 2008 I learned how to get root access to the partition tables with ophcrack (used more for IT for when people forgot their passwords on machines where the user had to log onto the machine rather than the network). I would get the administrator password and have all access to any computer I wanted in every college and high school I tried. I did it to play Ragnarok Online with my girlfriend. Got into North Central, University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, and University of Illinois in Chicago's systems. I would also sell the password for a few dollars. Saved a cool $10k by college I wish I had the same drive I did back then.

As far as the crash? Nope, nada. Parents sold the home I grew up in at 0% profit 1993-2012. Investment? Ouch! The one thing I hope people took away was to buy less house than you can afford. Is that happening? Ahahahah... the amount of times I hear a $500+k house/condo/coop in casual conversation. Welp, we'll see where things pan out from here.
