About 60%. Everything except around $10k in a checking/savings account is in the market.

I know I shouldn't time but easier said than done... when you invest on Day 1 and then on Day 3 the market drops 10% it just does not feel pleasant. It always seems like there is a precipitous drop just when I put a large sum in... case in point, invested huge sums in early Jan and market tanked Feb.

Although it has regained all the ground so that is another good point... although I am far from recouping my international losses

I'm about 70% bonds, 30% stock market for my investments right now, so I guess around 20% of my total net worth is actually in stock equity.
