i think it's important to remember the card is just a piece of plastic with a mag strip, It's not like it has the special security features money has, I can buy a used card printer and blank cards for a couple hundred bucks, and knowing the credit card numbers I can start printing them up. They may not even look like a Visa card, but if I use self checkout registers, the cashier will not see my card to know it's not a real Credit card.
