I have a Wells Fargo Financial Credit Card. It currently has a $9,500 limit, 8% apr, and $0 balance. I use it about once a month and pay it off right away. I never carry a balance on it.

I recently received a statement for the WFF CC saying I now owe them $25 for the annual fee. I know $25 isn't a lot of money but is this something that they would waive if I called and ask them to? Would I have any leverage because I carry a zero balance and could close the account on the spot if they refused?

I absolutely do not need this credit card, but keep it around as its one of my longest established lines of credit I have. Is it worth trying to get the fee waived or should I just shut up and pay it?

That really depends on how much pre month on average you charge on the card.If its too low and not worth the cost to service the account they are likely not to wave the fee.Likely they have already determine this.
