and, just in case you forgot to ask, those furry things above their hooves are called feathers. Next time someone says 'horses don't have feathers' you tell them that some do.

1 of my horses is a Friesian cross.
Her sire was Friesian and he had an awesome flowing mane and beautiful feathering.
I saw her at 7 months old, so I wasn't sure how her mane and feathering would come in.
Not much, but she is a sweetheart.
no don't and never did. I love horses but I'm afraid of any animal with teeth bigger than mine.
