Im planning on moving to PA, Bucks county.
My Question is I need to stay near Trenton NJ, for travel purposes, what areas do I want to stay away from? I have been looking into Newtown and Yardley, how about Levittown and surrounding areas?

Newtown was recently named top suburbian town by a local magazine, but housing in both Newtown and Yardley are pricey. Occasionally Yardley has flooding issues. Levittown and the surrounding towns have declined slightly over the years. Langhorne and the Oxford Valley area is pretty nice.

The absolute as in any area is what is your price range; if you can afford over $300K then you can find a home almost anywhere in Eastern Bucks County. But, if your income is more moderate, then Levittown is really the only place affordable; and if so, look into Pennsbury Schools, their reputation is far better than Bristols.
