So upper Chichester is good and Lower is bad? I'm looking for any place affordable. I used to live in the public housing of brooklyn, NY near Coney, so I just need a better place to raise a family that I can actually afford.
Are you used to mass shootings on a nightly basis where you lived in Bklyn? Do you enjoy drug dealers hanging out on the corners and destroying neighborhoods en masse? If so, I'd say go for it..maybe you're a drug dealer yourself this would be perfect for you if so...I'm joking but honestly one google search of demographics should give you a clue as to what these places are like..they are mini so central LAs and west phillys and inner city Baltimores..but hey if thats your thing..have at it..
