Well I am all for this eventually. Comcast needs to slow their roll a little in my opinion. Make it a company wide effort to rebrand and improve customer service first.

Understand you ...but they spent millions rehabbing parts of Rockefeller Center and 30 Rock to their prior Art Deco glory. Now they need to pay attention to this city in a much bigger fashion.

It's really not new info about Comcast wanting to expand even more. When the new tower was announced there were also info about them wanting to use up every nearby surface parking lot for new construction. What is new is buying the land where the current Russell Byers School is.
