While Mike was on vacation that show is almost as bad as the others. He really carries the whole thing IMO. John Anderson is like a sleeping potient and Chanell or whatever her name is really becomes a Chatty kathey without someone to reign her in. There should never be two females at the anchor desk.

That's why I didn't record Good Day all last week because i found out on twitter Mike was going to be on vacation until September 7th. You can tell him and Shanelle are really cool off camera which makes the show more fun to watch.

I don't like the fact that they go to Fox News for national stuff but yeah, it's still pretty awesome.

I'm "addicted" to Eyewitness News on the CW though. They have guests as well, and it's local. It's on at 7AM and 8AM if you didn't already know.

The only thing I don't like about Jen is her name: Jennaphr. Really? It just looks like a typo. She does have a great attitude and is up for anything.

Mike Jerrick and Sheinelle Jones are a hoot! I like how they can just sit there and discuss things without actually reporting anything. Today they were discussing that relatives of theirs had the same house and phone number for decades, and Sheinelle accidentally gave out her grandmother's phone number on the air! Wonder if she's been getting any calls?

Mike keeps things hopping, and he's been getting some national attention with his off-the-cuff remarks. If you watch The Soup, they'll often play clips of Mike (especially when he's bashing the Kardashians.)

Thank God for Sue Serio!! I am so SICK of "weather girls" (yes, I know that they are meteorologists) who dress in skin-tight, low-cut, sleeveless dresses, especially in the winter! Sue dresses like a real person who knows that it's cold outside. Sleeves in winter? What a concept! Plus, she has a GREAT voice.

My favorite, strangely enough, is Steve Keeley. I am fascinated by his hair and his complexion -- he's got a little "Oompa-Loompa thing going on there, getting a little too orange some times. But the thing that gets me, is his attitude! 95% of the time, he is grumpy, like he'd rather be somewhere else, doing anything but news.

I'm a big fan of Sue Serio, too. Have been ever since I was a kid. She reminded me of the people who worked at the office in elementary, middle, and high schools as well as in doctor's and dentist's offices. She's "real", not just some ambitious "weathergirl" who doesn't actually care about her job or the people who depend on her for information on the weather. I like Sheena Parveen too, and her looks sure don't hurt haha

Mike Jerrick used to host a national talk show with somebody named Juliet, before Wendy Williams took over that time-slot. He's also apparently been on the Sci-Fi channel, some other cable channel that only existed for two years, CNBC, HBO, and of course Fox News.
