I was recently offered a job which is located in the 1700 Market Street building. I am going to be moving down to philly but need to use public transportation to get to work.

How do I find out what buses/trains/etc to use to get to this part of the city? I've never had to take public transportation anywhere so I am kind of lost.

SEPTA | Clickable Regional Rail & Rail Transit Map

That link will be your best friend if you're going to live in the Philadelphia area.

This is one of the easiest places to get to from anywhere in or around the city with lots of alternatives. Where will you be living?

Great building. My husband used to be based there. Lots of bus options. And depending on where you move, some buildings run their own shuttle service. Market Street is the main business street for corporate offices.

You will also be right across the street from the train station if you decide to live just outside the City.

Along with inquiring here for travel information using public transportation, please feel free to contact SEPTA Customer Service at 215-580-7800, or online at SEPTA | Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority and use the online form or chat feature (SEPTA | Chat Now | Interactive Online Conversation).
