The combination of a lot of people and a narrow street always made me avoid it altogether. I prefer

Broad Street

Market Street

Walnut Street

JFK Blvd

Did you read the thread title? I said that why would someone want to eat outside on 16th and sansom on the narrow side walk with tons of foot traffic. I like eating outside too if the atmosphere is nice but not with hundreds of people walking past and sitting near the corner
