Yes, it will be LEED Platinum, the highest LEED Certification rating you can receive. Comcast Center I is LEED Gold.

I really hope 1919 Market falls through. Such a disappointment to see an uninspiring mid rise apartment building in the central business district. I would rather see the lot stay empty until the city can attract larger companies with a demand for a new 700+ ft tall sleek office tower. O well :/

In this image of it it would have been quite tall -



I'd have been ok with that version. Emporis had it down for 37 floors. Now they are proposing this version -

FMC Tower is going to be amazing to see go up right along the Schuylkill,nearly 2 times the height of recently built Evo. If Evo is any gauge FMC will shoot up very quickly once it gets started.
