My boyfriend and I are recent college grads moving to the Philly suburbs, most likely Delaware county area in the next couple of months. The problem we are running into is no one wants to rent to us without work ( even though we have good money saved up for a place) and no one wants to give us a job without living there first. We keep hearing " You are great, but we need someone who lives in this area to start soon". If anyone has any advice we would really appreciate it. We are hoping to move to a suburb because that is more our price range.
