Since when is this an option?? Do you mean check it through Amtrak? I'm pretty sure 30th St doesn't have any public luggage holding facilities?

I'm not sure it's something the general public can do it or if you have to be an Amtrak passenger. However, it's been available for years (I've used it several times when visiting and traveling on Amtrak), and if the OP is going to Lancaster on Amtrak, it's well worth the few dollars to check.

Ahhh ok, it's probably just through Amtrak then. I've had people with a few hours to kill before and hadn't been able to store luggage anywhere, so I was worried I had been giving false information lol

It does look like it's only available for Amtrak passengers:

Amtrak - Policies - Baggage Policy & Service - Baggage Services

The Liberty Bell is six long blocks west and two long blocks north from the RTM.
