Anyone have any idea what that building is supposed to be? It's located right near the corner of 38th street and was wondering if it has something to do with cable?

Thanks

Well, since Comcast has trademarked "Xfinity" it's likely a Comcast facility of some sort.

Still under construction, but topped out and with most of cladding in place is the new ...

3737 Chestnut

25 stories high

apartment building

cost: $110 million

Built on land owned by the Episcopal Archdiocese and next to the Episcopal cathedral. To make way for this highrise, two 19th Century brownstone Victorian townhouses were demolished, which created a huge controversy in this neighborhood.

Wow so that's an apartment building? lol Things continue to be demolished in University City while new buildings are being added to the area.

The new building does NOT look as good as the renderings. Not at all. It looks kinda cheap to me in fact. Maybe something will be done when it's finished.
