Hi All,

I currently live in NJ but interested in buying a home in Bucks County area in PA, especially in the following towns:

1. Warrington
2. Doylestown
3. Chalfont
4. Newtown
5. Perkasie
6. Quakertown
7. Hatfield
8. Hilltown
9. Huntingdon Valley
10. Jamison

As you might have guessed, I am interested in these town because of their school district ratings.

Although education and school system is of utmost importance I also give same importance to the presence of Indian community in these towns.

I would very highly appreciate if you could please share your knowledge and experience if you are from those towns or are familiar with them.

Thanks in advance for spending your time in giving me the information.

Where do you work? When are you planning to move? This will help me narrow your search. I have a teaching background and I will be glad to share school district information. This too was important to us. We also wanted to find a home with an Indian population, with lower taxes and high rated schools. In addition we wanted parks, shopping convenience. I have some possibilities for you. Message me anytime so we can discuss details.

You might want to look at Lansdale or Gwynedd Valley, PA

Both are very nice area's in my opinion. And both have significant Indian populations.

Good luck!
