Wouldn't you rather solve a problem BEFORE the "bum" with mental illness kills someone? Or are you ok with the murder followed by prison, followed by another murder by a different guy, followed by another murder by a different "bum"...

That's the situation we're in now. So basically you're ok with status quo - as long as no one YOU care about is the one getting murdered.

I already told you how I feel about mentally ill street people. My response was in regard to people who made poor life choices and wound up on the streets.


And how often are the mentally ill homeless killing people?


What do you propose society do to keep people from making bad choices and ending up on the streets?
