You don't seem to know much about his family(especially his father) if you expected another response. Oh is a Republican, a vet and pretty conservative.

Being as this is a big tourist area, you'd think Mayor Kenney would get this cleaned up, especially since it's only become a problem since he's been elected. What is wrong with this guy and with this administration? I guess he and his 'think' tank have bigger fish to tackle, like where to move statues (looking at you, Helen Gym).
If you are talking about the under the bridge area of convention center, it has been like that for years.
These homeless even have designated spots to relief themselves.
It does not help that the soup kitchen is around the block.

People who have enough funds to ride but not enough to keep from asking for money.

Trust me when I say that the problem is much, much worse in San Francisco and LA( skid row exists right next to DTLA). I'm not excusing the local situation however.
I know you're a woman of a certain age, but does your sniffer still work well?

I heard that, but either way, it was still a 'stock' answer.

Truthfully, years of being an allergy sufferer and other sinus issues, when I was younger, means my sense of smell isn't that great.

Well, walking through that gauntlet, that's one positive regarding your sense of smell.

Last Wednesday, SEPTA's new transit watch app came out. You can report panhandlers in real time or any other concerns you have. Those people annoy the hell out of me too.
