Ambler and Glenside meet a lot of those criteria, esp'ly Ambler (about half as far, time-wise, as Glenside is to West Point). Ambler also has, in my opinion, one of the nicest downtowns in the metro area. A quick peek at Zillow shows a decent selection of housing stock in your price range.

Anywhere between North Wales and Montgomeryville would work. There seem to be more Asians to the east of West Point, from Montgomeryville south along 309 to Fort Washington. The closer to Fort Washington gets more expensive. There are a lot of townhouses in the area of North Wales and Montgomeryville that might work for you.
