What nabe is South Street and American?

Over this past weekend there was a shooting. The police recently released the vid of the three shooters. It is too graphic to post here, but can see on YT.

That area was bustling with people out and about. I mean the streets were crowded. It was not a mass shooting. It probably gang violence, but so many people there, they became collateral damage.

Queen Village. QV is a very nice neighborhood with low crime, but South Street late at night on weekends is it's own thing.
