I'm moving to Lancaster County and want to be near one of the hospital hubs but be safe in a rental apartment, condo, or duplex. What part or parts of Lancaster should I seek out? Good schools or taxes are not important but to be near medical centers and be safe are important to me. Am moving from Chester County, PA. Thanks.
