I'm checking out some apartments in the area. Follow up question: in general, how is the area east of broad between the south/lombard and tasker/morris sub stops?

depends where you are looking? there are a lot of great areas west of 5th but they may be a little further south or closer to broad st. they may not be considered pennsport.

East of Broad St , between 4th and 8th Sts. is sketchy . East or west of that corridor are some decent areas. Between Front and 4th Sts. north of Snyder is Pennsport.
