Recommendations for Windows and Siding (house, price, area)

Anyone want to recommend (or warn against) companies for windows and siding? Doesn't have to be the same company doing both. I have to replace about handful of windows and also need to get new siding. I'm thinking a decent quality (but not necessarily magnificent) vinyl window is what it will be since it will still have the wood casing. And for the siding, the house is brick and has some siding but it doesn't completely cover the house.

If anyone has had work done to their homes and can either recommend or warn against a company, I'd love to hear about it. Especially if it was a good experience, good quality, at a good price.

He replaced several of our windows and a large area of aluminum siding with vinyl. His price, craftsmanship and the quality of the materials were outstanding. He also replaced a sash window with a crank out and he beat the competition by $300. He calls you back quickly and shows up when he says he will. Highly recommended!
