Has anyone on here that lives in a row home and has a roof deck have any complaints? Specifically, the kind that is built into the roof (not made of wood and on legs)? Any problems with leaking inside the house?

i have one and love it. it was already built when we bought the house. its great in the spring months. great view of city hall..the summer can be brutal because the deck really absorbs the heat up there (we don't have an umbrella set up). in the summer its only worth going up before noon or after 8 pm. also the furniture gets a lot of wear and tear due to exposure to the elements (extreme heat, rain, extreme cold, snow).
