I don't know about where to go in Villanova, but we just bought a foam mattress from Walmart.com and we love it! It was half the price of the mattresses in the stores and after I bought it, it was delivered to my home within a week for only 97 cents shipping. It's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, and I've owned a lot.

Gotta love Walmart!

The Mattress Factory in Springfield had good prices as well.

I never did have a chance to try it out before I bought it, but my sister and her husband have had one for several months and love it. They were the ones that orginially told me to get one. They also had the same problems I did trying to find a mattress that didn't hurt to sleep on and make your extremities fall asleep instead of you!

I also went on WalMart's site and read all the reviews on the foam mattresses. There were over 400 reviews on the foam mattress we bought, almost all of them glowing reviews saying how great the product was. The reviewers also gave tips on how to set the mattress up and other quirks to look out for.

And the price could not be beat either.
