Absolutely not; I would almost certainly be taken advantage of at one point or another! If I were a survivor, I’d probably hide or never leave my brother’s or father’s side.

that would be conter productive as if the balls are left where they belong they would continue to produce more sperm, if cut off then what they get is what they get cause there no more comin........ pardon the pun.

No they would not, 90% of the men died thats still 350 million men on the planet thats 3 times the number of men and women on the planet before vaccines and antibiotics were invented.
so 350 million men and 3 billion women would mean that the human race would be in no danger of dyeing out.
In fact it would probly only take 2 - 3 generations for the population to balance out again, if you factor in the fact as soon as the sons of the remaining men reach adult hood the male population would instantly double or quadruple since I assume many men would have multiple children by multiple women(as they already do that now).
