Hi Newhomebuyer,

I have lived in The Springs since 2001 and I love it. This is a great neighborhood and great community, even better if you live on the Lake. There are a couple streets here that have cheaper home prices than others, mostly because of the amount of Renters on those streets that may not keep the properties looking their best. Let me know if you need any other information.

Why is it so cheap compared to other lakeside communities?

Thanks.
You really need to drive through and look at the various areas in order to get a feel for whether the area suits you or not.

Look at several areas for the price range you're comfortable with, and the driving distance to work.
