over the years i've been many of the top rated steak houses in Phoenix, but i 've failed to find pne that serves a specific type of steak.. can anyone here tell me which restaurant serves steak poached in garlic butter and herbs? thanks in advance.

Yes, here is a review of Bourbon Street Scottsdale:

"Our Kobe flatiron steak ($52) was poached in a slow cooker with herbs, garlic and butter until tender and full of flavor, then placed over a wood and charcoal flame until it was perfectly done. Typically, steaks are cold when they hit the grill, and that can toughen the meat, executive chef Daniel Patino said. After eating one of these steaks, you may never grill at home again."

I've been to Bourbon Steakk various times and really enjoyed the food. Bet this steak is good. But not for the faint of wallet.
