Should be interesting to see how it develops ..... if there is significant change to the design or tenants I'd rather wait a little longer

Although, any traffic associated with the mall has to be a big beacon of light to the stores in the surrounding power centers that just don't get a lot of cross traffic at this time

Good point. I'd rather have no mall than an Arizona Mills kind of place.

The timing is also a bit interesting when it comes time to resubmit new designs, etc with the upcoming election and vast changes that will come within the council and mayors office

Overall I still think this is a very good thing, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on
