C'mon. Don't we have better use of the airwaves? They are even asking about the governor being hot or not.

At times I really do believe peoples' brains are cooked in the sun here. /rant

I do hope someone affiliated with this station is reading this.

This is not just a Phoenix problem nor a liberal problem. Peoples brains are cooked most ways you look at it. lol

If you can't even identify the station, this thread isn't going anywhere.

1480 KPHX am

I just think it's silly to have a topic like this on a radio station and to ask about the governor is even, well, oh, yuk.

Twiggy, my expectations are higher for a liberal station. That's just it.

There is so much to talk about (for example, Jan Brewer is now taking SB1070 to the Supreme Court) and I think it's just crazy to waste the airwaves with frivolous stuff.

Hmm, come to think of it, maybe this thread is a waste of bandwidth and I should be researching her chances with the Supreme Court and talking about that here. Ok, time to shut this thread down. Thanks for participating!

It's not Thom Hartman, Stephanie Miller or Randi Rhodes. It must be their local line-up in the afternoon. Don't listen to it if you don't like it. I stream what talk I listen to on the internet. Green 960 in Oakland and KGO S.F. SiriusXM has some talk, too. 1480 has a bad signal.

Yes, and I do listen to all of them too and stream where necessary out of Oakland. The signal is ok for Stefanie, Thom and Randi at 1480 (where I live). Not so hot for Mike at 1480. But these radio talk show hosts are all national and the one I refer to is not - rather lives in Phoenix. I give him credit for keeping liberal talk radio on the air in Phoenix, don't get me wrong, but he should stick to medicine and figure out a way to just make money off these other people without having his own show.
