If so when hired?
When we sell house we hired after got offer.
I know Arizona state escrow company take care of it.
Please talk your experience.

It is not necessary, nor is it customary to hire a lawyer in Arizona. The Arizona real estate forms are standard, and protect both the buyer and seller. The Realtors are allowed to write clauses for addendums.

However, you are always advised to seek legal and financial counsel if you desire or feel the need to.

The title company and related insurance should protect you.
I have bought and sold many homes over the year, about half of them I did all the paperwork myself.
Never had a problem.

It's interesting. I just had a conversation yesterday about such with a neighbor who is an attorney.

Yes, most are exactly the same with no issues.

But neighbor did state that one seller one time took the standard forms and modified them such that no one caught the changes. Word for word, same font, same layout, same pages, but changed such to make all advantage to seller. Then the buyer AFTER had to hire an attorney.

No, I don't know the particulars.

It doesn't take much out of the pocket book to have an attorney read documents before signing. And if property is in an HOA - the HOA may have documents that are unique to that HOA - and may have covenants that may or may not be to your liking.

Buyer 's lawyer find out for buyer whether the property is really no problem .
Seller's lawyer will do for solving if the problem occurred .
That's why it is very important to hire good lawyer.
We felt very thanks to our lawyer.
This Arizona sounds like title company do lawyer's work.

have never seen an attorney involved in a purchase being 4 years in the business
