Couldn't tell you but there's an Indian shopping center in Tempe and Chandler has a sizeable Indian/Asian community.

Then the answer is "yes". There's Indians in the area. Especially at the shopping center in Tempe. It's on Apache Blvd between McClintock & Martin across the street from the police station.
