I dont think they can predict hail storms months ahead? Or are you asking about the hail storm last year (dont remember if that was October?).

it was october of last year, but not something you can set your watch to ..... it was the 2nd bad hail storm i've been in during my 8 years here

That was a MOST unusual storm, and an odd time of year for it as well. Don't worry.

It was the northern parts of the Valley that got hit with hail.
It rained heavily with no hail everywhere else - including my area.

My As-is offer's house should be replace new roof due to the October hail storm.
The description was noted like this.
So I thought every October comes hail storm.
I was relieved sounds like it was rare.

It hailed here (Central/Encanto area) but not as bad as other places. The limited damage here has not prevented the crooked roofers and contractors from constantly bothering us.
