My buying house has this Warranty. I don't see the appliances site yet. I need buy soon refrigerator . I called to them today.
They said I have to call after closing and I can see the site and the delivery take 4,5 days. I can't wait refrigerator.
But The price is 30% OFF. I should wait? Or Fry's or another store is cheaper than Home Warranty's manufacture's?

I really have regretted which didn't bring refrigerator from previous house.

Thank you.

You should read your Warranty agreement. I really doubt they will buy you new refrigerator. The warranty is meant to repair or replace existing appliances that may break after you move in.

Edit: Sorry, maybe I misunderstood? Is the warranty company offering you a discount on a refrigerator bought through their supplier?

I will ask tomorrow. Maybe you are right.
I saw the sentence.
*Repair and replacement of covered systems.

Right, it really means repair and replacement of existing covered systems. A missing refrigerator doesn't qualify.

I can ask to repair one ceiling fan. One of them doesn't work.

Hopefully they will, but they may not if it was not working when you bought the house. Usually, they will not cover pre-existing conditions. But go ahead and ask.
