My husband and son will be coming to Phoenix in October for the Cardinals vs Steelers football game (10/23). When I go to the Cardinal's website to purchase individual game tickets it says to purchase the tickets from ticketmaster. When I go to the ticketmaster website, nothing comes up for that game, but when I did a google search, other sites like stubhub came up with tickets that were 4 times the amount listed on the seating chart from the Cardinal's website.

So, where does one buy tickets at the prices that are listed on the Cardinal's website? We've never purchased tickets for an NFL game before, so excuse my ignorance on how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe that single game tix have been released yet. I believe they extended time to season ticket holders to pay due to the lockout.... I'm going to that game as well and am in need of about 25 tix! But hopefully soon single game tix will be released

Cards site says individual game tix "will be" available thru Ticketmaster. What you are seeing on StubHub are season tix holders selling their seats for that game. I imagine individual tix will go on sale soon.

Regular season NFL tickets are difficult to get at face value for most teams. The NFL has a large ratio of season ticket holders. The Cardinals are the big team in town right now but they stunk last season and I would imagine some tickets will be available but I doubt you'll find tickets to the Steeler game at face value. Don't get your hopes up but keep checking Ticketmaster or call the University of Phoenix Stadium box office directly.

Thanks for the info! That makes sense about the season ticket holders selling tickets on Stub Hub.

In general, you won't have difficulty acquiring upper deck and lower deck-endzone seating. Anything else will have to be purchased from scalpers or Stub Hub. In general, Steelers and Cowboys games are difficult to acquire at face price.

Sorry but with the addition of Kevin Kolb, Todd Heap, Braylon Edwards in addition to all of the exciting high draft picks on offense, the Cardinals are going to be very exciting to watch this season. I know my representative told me tickets went through the roof after the Kevin Kolb trade and that was before all of the additional free agent signings this weekend. People have hope again unlike last season when Warner retired and there was no one to replace him.

The Cardinals will not be selling single game tickets for the Cowboys or Steelers games, they make you buy a three game pack. If you just want for one game or an other I recommend a local ticket broker like Valley Of The Sun Tickets. You can order from them online.

yeah - you need to buy a "protect the nest" pack to get those .... although, in the past when they haven't sold out the packs they've opened up to individual sales

plus there will be countless others available from brokers/individuals who are selling their season tickets

what the market will bear? - who knows

last year pretty much every game was going for under face on the aftermarket - including some of the marquee matchups

i really don't think the cards are going to be a hard ticket this year

also, if you are a current ST holder, call now to see if you can relocate ... with the lockout and player movement they extended the deadlines a long time ..... I believe they were still holding seats for people who hadn't put down a deposit until 8/4

They gave up too much for the unproven Kolb, Heap could be affective, Braylon is not a Cardinal. Did you mean someone else?
