Doesn't help much since that street goes a long way, miles, north and south. So it could be a so so area, or a not so so area, or a very nice area.

Peoria has more positive comments, however, but I am still confused by the good and bad areas. I read Northern Peoria is better. But where exactly is Northern Peoria? Most streets look like they are listed as North. How far north does one have to go?

Two places I am looking at are Archstone Desert Harbor Apt. on W. Thunderbird above the 101 loop, and another place called Sagewood on N. 5th Ave by I-17 and the Greenway.

Has anyone heard of or seen these places? Are these in a relatively safe area?

I love to walk or jog, so I want to feel safe out and about.

I may or may not be able to travel to Peoria before I move, so I would appreciate all the help I can get.
I'm kinda in the same predicamint as you're in but I don't have a job yet, and I have a few more years before I decide but I WILL tell you that I'll take a week or 2 to visit AZ and determine where I will live.
