I live in North Phoenix, Planning on renting my house. Does anyone know any decent property managers?

I just found a great rental with a huge help from my realtor. She coordinated everything with the property management people.

Are you going to be away? Do you need an "official" professional property manager, as opposed to a more informal deal with someone nearby?

"Do you need an "official" professional property manager"

Keep in mind that broker's license is required for any person or company who, for compensation, engages in the lease or rental of real estate in Arizona, who offers or lists real estate for rent or lease, who collects rent for the use of real estate or who negotiates the rental or leasing of Arizona real estate. There are a few exceptions to this, such as people who aren't being paid, who are managing no more than one property, attorneys (in some cases), and people with Power of Attorney.
