My experience with a phoenix based property management company has been TERRIBLE. They ripped us off continuously. If you know of a dependable trustable person or company that will not constantly generate repair work, please please tell me your experience and PM me the name.

I need to work with someone who is good at their job, an doesn't constantly create new ways to steal money.

People are welcome to send DMs with their recommendations. This is not the appropriate place for consumer complaints, however.

I sent you two companies to try. Could you email me privately the company you no longer use so I avoid them in the future should I change p.m's?

You should be able to write in your contract specific instructions for repairs and that you want to review bids or have the option of hiring out the repair yourself. We did that with the one company.
