Looking for sites on the net based locally in the place will help much in locating house rentals.
It should be a bit easy in searching the net. There's a lot of sites offering list of house/space for rent.

Linda,
We have lived in the Royal Ranch subdivision for the last year and a half and love it, we have kids 9, 6 and 4 and it's perfect with lots of parks (all with covered and lit playgrounds) and tons of kids!

@ steenskees -Your comment is both inaccurate and misleading. There are several beautiful communities in Surprise. All major cities have areas that are in poorer shape than others. We moved here 4 years ago and live in a great subdivision where nothing resembles your description. It is one of the best communities we have had the pleasure of calling home. I am sorry things didn't work out for you here. One has to wonder why you "had" 4 different homes and a business...

Just plain inaccurate.

Most of the burglaries are high schoolers that hop walls and steal personal items like automatic pool cleaners etc. Others are more aggressive and physically breaking in to steal TV's, jewelry etc. They have caught a few of the groups and they attend the high school in Surprise.

If there is ONE state I'd be hesitant to seal in that would be AZ. With the gun laws around here, a teen burglar would have to be a complete FOOL to break in. I for one would not hesitate to shoot anyone who broke into my home.
Vistancia has had the same problems along with other acts of vandals on the loose. Summer is here and the chance that some teen will be bored happens in all communities. I do not think Surprise is trashy as another poster put it. It has some lovely developments and when the economy picks up again, Surprise will be a fantastic city.

This really burns me as well and I don't live in Surprise, ha. Vistancia has people living there with pit bulls and covered in tatoos, crappy cars and kids who like to break into homes for sport. Happens everywhere not just Surprise and I agree with you, have to wonder why the poster has had so many homes.......
