I have contacted 2 property management/relocation specialists over the past 2 days and have not even received a phone call back. I guess they aren't very interested in helping someone relocate.

I did check out their site. I'm hoping to rent a house with a pool, but their site is one of the ones that I am frequently checking.

We use Century 21 Desert Estates in Anthem and are very happy with them. I will private email you our agent's name and number. I know you were looking in Vistancia and I am sorry I just missed renting our home to you. It is a great community. Best of luck.

I'd second the recommendation for Desert Wide, I rented from them myself a few years ago, they seem to be one of the biggest in the area. FWIW, at leat when I rented from them, everything they had rented every weekend unless it was really high-end, so I wouldn't even bother looking & torturing yourself with their properties until a few days before you can pull the trigger. I rented my place a month before I really needed a place, just to lock it in.
