I am thrilled it is not another burrito or hamburg franchise, I like variety. Now if we can only get some good Italian deli's..........
Anyone have any connections to make that happen?

I know you're kidding, but I suppose it started when that other Chicagoan, something Wrigley or other??!, came out here 80-some years ago and decided to build himself a little winter place....

Actually most of them have a Italian section of the restuarant as well.....they sell a lot of Italian sandwiches.

Another reason is that Motorola was once the state's largest private employer and a good percentage of its employees were transfers from Schaumburg, Arlington Heights and Libertyville.

thanks PB....I didn't know that Motorola transferred a lot of employees from IL back then...and that's a good fact to know about Az growth/history....

Yeah Schaumburg, my old home town. I also remember way back when GTE transferred a whole bunch of employees to Phoenix from Northlake, IL. Didn't even know where Phoenix was then.
