So I am looking for an apartment as close to MMI as I can. Does anyone have any idea on a good apartment they have experienced or know someone who has? I would prefer to have utilities paid for. Im just looking for a one bed/bath to rent out.

Thank you

im pretty close to there, how close are you trying to be? what are you priorities for your place? do you have a vehicle or are you using public trans or gonna try to carpool or is walking there kind of important? Do you have a limited budget? There are a few that are close enough to walk to, but you wont be near anything else.

im 6 1/2 miles away, (less than 10 minutes) and i pay 306 a month for a 440 sq ft 1 bd. That is with water included. For $700 a month (counting utilities) theres id guess 50 places within 6 miles that qualify.. I can only think of 1 or 2 apts that you wouldnt be under for that price range. If you want some real help, start to get specific. What do you want the place to have, what you might want to be near, etc....... Not sure where youre from, but prices are low here on average.. For $700 a month you could probably get a 2-3 bdrm house within 6 miles if you caught the right one.

I am also looking for an apartment for my husband and myself near MMI. What complex are you describing for 306 a month? We only need a small one bedroom close to campus and any utilities included would be a bonus! We do have a large dog, so I know that narrows our options, but some advice from someone who lives in the area would help our search!
