I know its not totally unheard of, and the pattern today is not a true "monsoon" pattern - but sure seems like July at my place!!

Thunder, lightning, rain, and even hail. Heck we even had a sort of "haboob"!

Same for Central PHX. Warm and cloudy, air smells good, great weather.

LOL, I was thinking the same thing. I first thought, oh the monsoon is coming, then I realized it was May. Just a look a like I guess.

You know it's raining in PHX when everybody's standing in their doorways watching it.

Just a lot of strong wind here in NW Phoenix so far, hope we get some rain and I hope my trees don't blow over.

LOL, so funny, there will be a big news story on it tonight. Whew wee, an actual storm hit the valley.
I needed a bit of excitement today. I'd hate to be driving home from work right now though. We can't drive in storms, we stand still.

I'm at the 202 and Brown. Absolutely pouring here.
Thunder, lightning, wind, hail and plenty of rain.
I washed my car and truck yesterday and I started painting the exterior of my house.
Go figure. Just my luck. lol.
